Refund Policy

Stage 1 is free. You can experience the product and receive real feedback before paying anything, so you know exactly what you’re subscribing to.

If Founder Launch Studio isn’t right for you, email us within 7 days of a charge and we’ll refund that payment in full — no questions asked. Just contact info@founderlaunchstudio.com from the email address on your account.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing portal (linked in your dashboard) or by contacting us. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current paid period, and you won’t be charged again. Outside the 7-day window, we don’t provide partial refunds for the current period, but you won’t lose access before it ends.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. If a service is not provided with due care and skill, or is not fit for a purpose we’ve agreed, you may be entitled to a remedy. This policy’s 7-day guarantee is offered in addition to those rights.

Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record and collects any applicable taxes. Prices may be displayed and charged in your local currency. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.
